Return and Exchange Procedures

We hope you love your purchase, but if it's not exactly what you wanted we've made it easy for you to return, or exchange for another selection. Our return policy and procedures are listed below.

The important things to remember are:

  • Return Authorizations must be used for all orders. This will ensure quick and accurate credit to your account.
  • Do not ship to the address on your delivery package label.  It may not be the correct return address.
  • Free Shipping is offered for exchange orders shipped within the United States.  We'll help you make another selection and ship it to you for free!
  • Return Requests must be received within 30 days from the original shipment date.  See our return policy below for full details. 
  • Holiday Extended return policy:  Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will have an extended return policy.  Returns may be requested through January 31, 2015.

To request a Return Authorization: 

Click here and you will be taken to the Contact Us Page.  When on the Contact Us page complete the form and select Return Information in the Subject line.  In the comments box please include exchange information such as the style #, size, and color, if you would like an exchange sent.  We will then send return instructions to your email address within 24 hours, and often sooner.  We are sorry that our automated returns feature is currently being updated so the email will not automatically be generated and sent to you immediately.  We are responding to emails as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our returns service to you.  Our email reply will include your Return Authorization Number as well as the address to mail your return. 

Note:  Items returned without a return authorization may be refused or delayed processing.  Return authorization numbers must be included with your return to ensure proper credit to your account.

How will my return or exchange be processed?

After your return is received and processed a credit will be applied to your original form of payment.  Complete processing can take 2-3 weeks from receipt of your return.  The credit should show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 

If you have requested an exchange, your original form of payment will first be credited for the returned item(s) and then be charged for the new item(s) requested.  A new order will be created for the exchange item(s) so you can easily track their delivery and order details.  Free shipping will be applied to the new order.  Order and delivery status for your exchange can be viewed in the MY ACCOUNT section.

 Merchandise is refunded but not shipping charges.  We do, however, offer free shipping on your exchange order. 

Credits are issued to the original form of payment.  If your purchase was a gift we are happy to provide a store credit/gift card for use with a future order.  If you paid with a gift card a new gift card will be issued to you via email for the returned merchandise amount. 

International & Canadian Order Refunds

International and Canadian Returns are processed in the same manner as above.  At this time BigMansLand does not offer free exchange shipping on International and Canadian orders.  If duties and taxes were applied on an order that is being returned, it is up to the customer to contact customs or the government agency that issed the charges to have that amount refunded. Shipping charges and any customs charges are not refundable through BigMansLand when a product is returned. 

Return Policy:

At BigMansLand.com we hope that you enjoy your purchase, however, we understand that it is sometimes necessary to make returns.  When the below criteria are met a full credit, less appropriate adjustments for shipping charges, will be issued to your original form of payment. 

Return criteria include:

  • A return authorization (RMA) is requested within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • Returns with an approved (RMA) must be received in our warehouse within two weeks of receipt of the Return Authorization.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and unworn, unwashed, with their original tags, and are in resalable condition.
  • Please note that items that have been washed/laundered cannot be returned.
  • Graphic T-shirts are custom made per order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Some products marked as sale or discontinued cannot be returned or exchanged.  Products that are final sale will be noted in the product description.
  • RMA requests for leather items must be made witihin 7 days of purchase and returned within 15 days*.  
  • Items that are sold open bottom but have been hemmed may not be returnable. Hemming charges are not reimbursed but may still be eligible for return.
  • Corporate Orders over $500 restocking fee 15%.

 *Note for Leather items:  Our leather items are kept in a climate-controlled environment to help ensure and maintain the quality of the leather.  In order to ensure that the item is kept in excellent and resalable condition leather items have a limited return policy.  Please check the item carefully upon receipt and email or call right away if an exchange or return is needed.
