SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic (US) Shiping Options:

All Ground or PrIority orders are shipped using either UPS, Fed Ex, or the United States Postal Service.

Ground Shipping: $8.95 flat fee plus $2.00 per item.  AK and HI orders additional $10.00. A separate charge will be added to the order total for AK and HI orders after online ordering.

Total Average Transit Time for Ground Orders: 2-10 business days. Transit time can vary depending on Postal Service, weather conditions, and other variables.

Shipping to Canada: $35.95 flat fee plus $3.00 per item.
Transit time is 7-10 business days. Due to customs, there is no guaranteed delivery date.  Additional customs duties and fees and/or country taxes may apply.

Express Shipping Options:

If you need to arrange expedited shipping such as Next Day Air or 2 Day Air please contact Bigmansland directly by emailing orders@bigmansland.com or calling 1-888-334-9464.  Often the items can be shipped from a warehouse close to you to save expedited charges.  However, if overnight or guaranteed 2nd day delivery is needed we are happy to provide this service.  Simply call our customer service line and rates will be provided.   Some items cannot be shipped using expedited shipping.

International Shipping:

International orders can be placed online by selecting International shipping and selecting the country.  If you need assistance in placing an international order please email us at orders@bigmansland.com.

Due to customs regulations in various countries, there is no gauranteed delivery date.  Additional duties and fees may be assessed by the ship to country outside of Bigmansland shipping fees quoted.

RETURNS INFORMATION

IMPORTANT : Return Authorization numbers are needed for all products prior to return. 
Products may be shipped from our various warehouses in order to provide you with the best delivery service and selection.  The return address label may not be the correct return address so please follow the instructions below to help ensure proper and timely credit to your account. 

To Exchange for a New Product:

The quickest way to receive an exchange is to place a new order for the exchange item.  We can then send your exchange right away.  The return instructions listed below should then be followed for the item being returned.  Your return will be credited to the original form of payment when received and processed at our warehouse. 
*Free exchange shipping is offered for all exchange orders!  Simply order your exchange online and then notify us through the return authorizatioin request that the exchange order has already been placed and provide us with the new order number as well as your original order when requesting the return authorization.  We will then credit shipping charges for the exchange order.  Follow the return instructions below for the item being returned.

To Return a Product:

Please follow the return instructions below to ensure proper credit and/or exchange of your item(s):

1)  Email: returns@bigmansland.com  for a return authorization number and correct shipping instructions.
Please include the following Information in the email:
   Order Number
   Item(s) Returning
   Exchange Requests
   Reason for Return
   *If an exchange order has been placed please reference the exchange order number.

2) After we receive your return authorizaion request an email will be sent back to you providing return instructions and a return authorizaton number.  

• When shipping your return back to us we highly recommend using a service that provides a tracking number in case it is needed.
• You may return the item(s) in the same bag or box that it was shipped in.  If the item was with special packaging please return it in the same packaging.

3)  After your return is received and processed at our warehouse with the appropriate return authorization number, a credit for the item(s) purchased will be issued to the original form of payment less any adjustments for shipping and/or processing that may apply.

Return Policy:

At BigMansLand.com we hope that you enjoy your purchase, however, we  understand that it is sometimes necessary to make returns.  When the below criteria are met a full credit, less appropriate adjustments for Shipping & Handling costs, will be issued to your original form of payment. 

Return criteria include:

•  A return authorizaton (RA) is requested within 30 days of the original shipment date.
• Returns with an approved (RA) must be received in our warehouse within two weeks of receipt of the Return Authorization.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and are unworn, unwashed, with their original tags, and are in resalable condition.
• Please note that items that have been washed/laundered cannot be returned.
• Graphic T-shirts are custom made per order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Some products marked as sale or discontinued cannot be returned or exchanged.  Products that are final sale will be noted in the product description.
• RA requests for leather items must be made witihin 7 days of purchase and returned within 15 days.  Our leather items are kept in a climate controlled environment to help ensure and maintain the quality of the leather.  In order to ensure that the item is kept in excellent and resalable condition leather items have a limited return policy.  Please check the item carefully upon receipt and email or call right away if an exchange or return is needed.
• Items that are sold open bottom but have been hemmed may not e returnable. Hemming charges are not reimbursed for items that have been hemmed but are still eligible for return.  Only the cost of the item, and not hemming charges, will be refunded.

Special Holiday Return Policy:  Holiday and gift purchases are eligible for a time extension for return authorization requests.  Return Authorization's will be extended through January 31st .  Please note in your email request if you need an extension and we will be happy to provide this for you.

 
Wholesale Orders:

All wholesale orders and/or orders of $1,000.00 and above will have 10 days to be received back by Bigmansland for returns/exchange from when the order was received by the customer. There is a 20% restocking fee for any order return over $1,000.00
