To process your returns/exchanges as quickly as possible, please email us at returns@bigmansland.com . Please include the item you are returning and your order number. A return email will be sent to you with a return authoriztation number and ship to address. Items returned to Bigmansland without prior return authorization will be charged a restocking fee. RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND SHIPPING INFORMATION MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO SHIPPING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

*Your credit card will be charged, so your order is shipped right away. Upon receipt of your returned products, your credit card will be credited within 7-10 business days from when we receive your return.
To Return a Product:
1. First, contact Bigmansland to obtain a return authorization # and the correct return address. This will ensure your returnn is sent to the correct warehouse and creidt is issued. Items returned without a return authorization number will be charged a restocking fee.
2. After your return is received with the appropriate return authorization number credit will be issued to the form of payment used at purchase.
3. Items returned without return authorization and/or to incorrect return address will be credited, if otherwise qualified, but additional shipping charges will be deducted from any credit issued if redirecting the product is required.
Return Policies:
* Return authorization must be obtained as outlined above in order to receive credit for products.
* Graphic T-shirts are custom made per order and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
* Products marked as sale or discontinued cannot be returned or exchange for any reason.
For all other merchandise, a full credit, excluding Shipping & Handling costs, will be issued to your credit card if:
* We receive your returned products within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
* Your returned products are completely unworn with all original tags in place and are in resellable condition.
Please note that items that have been washed/laundered cannot be returned for any reason.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted 30 Days after shipment date.
Wholesale Orders:
All wholesale orders and/or orders of $1,000.00 and above will have 10 days to be received back by Bigmansland for returns/exchange from when the order was received by the customer. There is a 20% restocking free for any order return over $1,000.00

Shipping Options:
All Ground or Pirority orders are shipped using either UPS, Fed Ex, or the United States Postal Service.
Ground Shipping: $8.95 flat fee plus $2.00 per item.
Total Average Transit Time for Ground Orders: 2-10 business days. Transit time can vary depending on Postal Service, weather conditions, and other variables.
Shipping to Canada: $9.00 flat fee plus $3.00 per item.
Transit time is 7-10 business days. Due to customs, there is no guaranteed delivery date. Additional customs and/or country taxes may apply.
Express Shipping Options:
If you need to arrange expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air or 2 Day Air please contact Bigmansland directly by emailing orders@bigmansland.com or calling 1-888-334-9464. Some items cannot be shipped using expedited shipping.
International Orders:
If you need to place an international order please call our customer service team at 1.314-485-1236 to arrange.
Due to customs regulations in various countries, there is no gauranteed delivery date.
