99% of the time, this is a problem related to cookies and your browser. There are two common solutions:
- Delete
your old cookies. It's possible that the old cookies are creating this
problem and should be deleted. If you are using Internet Explorer, You
can do this by selecting the menu Tools > Options.... You can then either delete all of your old cookies or you can View Files and selectively delete cookies. Basically you want to delete any cookies that contain the name of this website.
- Enable
cookies in your browser. Sometimes, a security setting in the browser
will refuse cookies when a website tries to store them.
- IE Users: Go to your tools / options menu and look for
privacy settings. Either turn down your secturity settings to allow for
cookies to be saved or/and add our domain name to the list of allowed
cookies to be stored. - Netscape users: Go to your Edit / preferences menu and in the advanced settings enable cookies.
